The Business of Design_Chapter 6

Chapter 6 was an introduction to the legal issues that can be brought up in the business of design. It begins with describing what exactly is intelectual property. Then it goes into copyright and how one should register their work. It describes the differences in copyright infringement and fair use. This are things that need to be taken into account when dealing with things in film, music, photography and more. It also talked about what is and is not considered a trademark and how it differs from copyright. It also broke down patents.
